Daria (Dasha) Gaiazova

Dasha moved to Montreal with her family in 1999 and began competitive cross country skiing in 2001. She was a member of Canada’s National Ski Team for ten years beginning in 2005 and retiring in 2015. She competed in two Olympic Games (Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014) and won bronze medals twice in World Cup team sprint competition (Dusseldorf, Germany in December 2010 with Chandra Crawford, and Sochi, Russia in February 2013 with Perianne Jones).
