Al ( Pilch) Pilcher (born 18 September 1969) competed for Canada in the 1988 and 1992 Winter Olympics. His most prominent result was a 7th place, 50k finish, at the 1989 World Championships in Lahti, Finland. This was the Canadian standard in the event until Alex Harvey’s 5th place finish in 2011, 2015 and victory in 2017.
