Len Valjas
Len Valjas is a two time Olympian (Sochi 2014 and PyeongChang 2018) who has also been successful on the World Cup circuit. He has won two silver medals and three bronze medals in individual World Cup competition:
March 2012 in Drammen, Norway – 1.2 kilometre classic sprint – 2nd place
January 2013 in Val di Fiemme, Italy – 15 kilometre mass start classic – 2nd place
March 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden – 1.0 kilometre class sprint – 3rd place
March 2012 in Falun, Sweden – 15 kilometre mass start classic – 3rd place
January 2013 in Val Mustair, Switzerland – 1.4 kilometre freestyle sprint – 3rd place
Len has won World Cup medals in team competition on two occasions:
January 2017 in Toblach, Italy in the 6 x 1.3 kilometre team sprint – 1st place, with team-mate Alex Harvey
January 2017 in Ulricehamn, Sweden in the 4 x 7.5 kilometre Men’s Relay – 3rd place with team-mates Devon Kershaw, Alex Harvey and Knut Johnsgaard
